The Board Charter sets out the roles, responsibilities, composition and processes of the Board of Directors of M Group Berhad, in line with best practices in corporate governance.
It defines the division of responsibilities between the Board and Management, the establishment of Board Committees, and the terms of reference governing their conduct.
